Leon (Lee) Laster was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I became a Massachusetts resident in 1995 after being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. I started my law enforcement career in Ashfield, MA, January of 1998 before being hired fulltime by the Montague Police Department. I retired (medically) as a Staff Sergeant June 30, 2021 after 23 years of dedicated and honorable service. I currently teach College and Career Awareness at Franklin County Technical School, and I opened my training business April 2024.
